Stuart Snowden

Stuart Snowden completed a degree in Marine and Freshwater biology at the University of Wales Aberystwyth in 2007. He stayed on between 2007 and 2011 to study for a PhD in analytical chemistry, using flow infusion electrospray ionization – mass spectrometry (FIE-MS). He was a post-doctoral researcher in the Wheelock group from February 2012 until October 2013. His is currently a post-doctoral researcher at King's College London, where his work is focused on developing Micrometabolomic strategies to apply to Alzheimer’s cohorts, analyzing both plasma samples to identify diagnostic and prognostic markers of disease progression and brain tissue for clues to pathological mechanisms.
